Why is the facility in Kingsville stop taking customers at 4:45? I have gone twice and the same girl told me that they are not taking any more customers.

stay away from the guy with no hair with it combed back, dude didnt speak a word when i walked in he just went to the chair & expected me to go sit in it & proceeded to ruin my haircut, asked for the back to be rounded it’s super uneven, i asked for an inch off the top, all of it is different lengths he didnt even touch my bangs, didnt touch my sideburns & he left longer hair on parts of my hair & i had to point it out & he still didnt fix it, i said i’d take a taper to fix it & he just ignored & charged me $19, had to try & fix my hair myself do not come here

I wasn't sure what I needed for a hairdo. I was going to my daughter's wedding..I'm not sure what the hairdressers name was for today. But I thank her she gave me a nice doo a beehive.. it sure was perfect..

Second time I have waiting outside on weekend for staff to open and they aren't here. Suppose to open at 1000 but it's 1033 and no one here. This is regular occurance on weekends. VERY unprofessional. This time three cars waited.

I received a very bad haircut and the stylist knew she messed up and tried to hide her mistakes and still made me pay for it. This place is horrible and they will lie to you about what they can or cannot do!

I walked in, one of the workers was sitting on the customer bench. She asked "What do need?" I said "I would like to get my haircut." She stated the other girls were out to lunch and would be back in an hour or so. When I returned, another worker was there and asked, "What do you need?" I said, "I would like to get my haircut, please." The same lady (with short black hair and the worst long eyelashes I've ever seen) stated, "I guess I'll cut your hair now!" I asked her, "How come you couldn't cut it when I came in almost an hour ago?" Her response was "Because they weren't here. They were out to lunch." I asked so were you out to lunch? She said no...I said I'll just go somewhere else. Apparently they didn't want my business
