I have waited over a month to write this review to calm down & think clearly. I called a week in advance and asked for a 7:30am appointment, due to having an important event that day. I showed up at 7:20am and the lights were not even on- I waited another 10 minutes and no one showed up. I was driving off at 7:40am and received a phone call- I was given an excuse as to why the salon was not open yet (the stylist forgot her keys....). I had to wait several more minutes for her husband to bring her keys. Once inside the salon, she did apologize, and my hair looked fine when all was said and done, but the salon was FILTHY- which is odd, considering it was before they had seen any clients for the day. I highly suggest sticking to DryBar or your local hairstylist.

All of the stylists at this location really know what theyâ€™re doing! Makeup and hair are always on point. Whatever style youâ€™re wanting, they will recreate to fit all of your personal needs. Would highly recommend.

genuinely one of, if not the worst blo location. the girls here do not know what customer service is, nor do they care. save yourself the agony of having to call 18 times (no iâ€™m not exaggerating) just to make an appointment. save yourself the catty and unhelpful attitudes of these girls. most of all, save yourself the $50 bc they genuinely can barely do hair. if you have anything besides bone straight thin hair, they will be at a loss. itâ€™s also discouraging to see the woman who did your hair on here pretending to be a happy customer. not a fan.
