I enjoyed a positive experience at this Ulta. I had some online returns, and the young lady at the register was upbeat & helpful. I also interacted with the it cosmetics rep; she was great! I recommend this Ulta store!

The associates who assisted me were so very helpful. I learned a lot about the foundation I use, got the correct shade, and really enjoyed the interaction. It was a beneficial trip!

In general this is an okay location, it’s the one I usually go to. The stock isn’t the greatest, things are frequently run out of and not restocked for weeks. The associates tend to just hang out together and chat, and the one manager lady (blonde, older) is very terse and I don’t like asking her questions because she seems impatient. Got my hair cut at the salon once and it was a horrible experience. Bill used texturing shears on the ends of my curly hair, after roughly brushing out all the curls, leaving it puffy and frizzy and cut straight across despite asking for layers, and then asked (pretty condescendingly) if I wanted it washed. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

I went to Ulta for a haircut. Lindsey was great! She washed, cut and dried my hair. I love the cut! They got me in within an hour of calling. I only wish I had signed up to be a member (which is free) before paying because they have a 30% discount for first timers. Overall it was a lovely experience!

One of the better ulta stores in the area. Extended ranges of some drugstore brands I haven't seen anywhere else. Customer service was good and I think it was worth the extra drive to find some new stuff in store.
