I recently moved down to Texas and didn't know where to start with getting a new hair stylist, so I reverted to trying this Ulta location since I used to work at one. I initially came in for a bang trim with Nina and she was so great and sweet. She did exactly what I wanted and made me more confident about coming back. I recently went back for another bang trim and decided to get a trim as well since I have some bleach damage to my ends. I online booked Lili due to the day and availability I had, I also noticed she was a master stylist so I was a little more confident going to a stranger for a cut. I'm glad I did as Lili was great, funny, nice and did a great job making my hair feel/look healthy again. I'm not sure about the rest of the store, but the stylists here have been great.

This place ok. The staff is not very knowledgeable. I went for my birthday and wanted to spend a ton. It was hard to get someone and they didn't offer any free samples for my birthday. I went to sephora afterward, they made me feel great!!! And gave me tons of free stuff for my birthday. Which in turn made me spend more

Love this store and that the employees actually walk around and to ask/see if I needed help LOVE THAT! Great customer service! I appericate y'all!

This place is the worst!! The cashier that I dealt with is a huge liar!! Do not trust this store!! I asked to make a rewards card and the person on the cashier applied for a credit card without my consent. I am very disappointed and will never go shopping at this store again. I will post the cashiers name soon so everyone can be warned not to deal with her. What a huge disappointment. I am never going to shop here again. Disgusting how someone can just do something like this.

I still think about the haircut I got about a year ago and get upset. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and depressing. But what absolutely did it for me was that I was told one price, only to be surprised at the register and pay more than double for a genuinely bad haircut I sincerely hated.
