HORRIBLE!! If -5 stars was possible this place would have it. I have naturally medium brown hair, that had been colored previously. It had grown out so my roots were a few inches. I went to Regina and asked for a light brown balayage and to leave the roots their natural medium brown. I also wanted 2 or more inches cut off. She "balayaged' my hair but it was more of an ombre gone wrong, not to mention it was bright orange!!!!!! She also only cut off less than an inch and refused to cut off anymore, saying it would cut off the color too much. All this not to mention how uncomfortable I felt the entire time as she was asking extremely personal questions. I called later and was refunded my money and booked with Michelle to fix it. All I asked was to correct the orange to a light/ medium brown. I did not care about the balayage all I wanted was to get rid of the orange. Instead, she turned my hair pitch black!!!! I told her how much I hated it and again said: "I JUST WANT BROWN HAIR". She toned it to try and lighten it but it did nothing. Also, both times I left covered in hair dye, it was on my face, neck, arms, and legs. I have no idea how everyone has positive reviews of this place! The salon is incredibly unprofessional, and nearly everyone I interacted with was rude. I will never return here!!
