The online tool is good, price is good (now that I am researching others), but the last few times I went I found myself apologizing for coming in even though it was over an hour to closing. Not very welcoming. Will take my business somewhere I feel more valued even if I have to pay a bit more. Btw I usually tip 50% for anything close to a decent haircut. UPDATE: I appreciate the response from the owner, but now I have already found a new place. Good luck!

Arrived almost 45 mins before my appt. time, was asked for my name by Brian - one rude individual he is, major attitude and stuck up.. He really needs to get his act straight and the management needs to take notice of his rude behavior. Anyhow, after waiting so long, It was my turn, the lady who was I always get my haircut from was out that day. This oriental lady had an attitude too, and would not even engage in a conversation. She really messed up my hair. I tell you with this experience, I'm never coming to this salon everrrr.. Brain needs to correct his attitude issues or whatever he was going thru that day.. Message to management should be clear after the review.. Major changes needs to happen at this salon.

They have most Horrible service and attitude. They hung up on the their customers when we call them. Waiting time is almost 1.5 hrs on an average. They are the most racist people I have ever seen. On top of everything they call themselves The Best(joke of the year). Never going back to this racist place again.
