I've been here several times in the past few years...and, the receptionists were welcoming and overall provided unbiased professional and quality service. The environment was nice, serene, and peaceful. The instructor with the burgundy braids and the Hispanic instructor were pleasant, present, and extremely helpful with customers and students as they performed their skill. However, my last two visits has been me praying at the receptionist counter...that Frankie's (the older Black lady) demonic spirit wouldn't be projected on to me. I feel it every time I've made through the door. This last time she gave me a student that she knew wasn't having a good day.... I know this because she chuckled with her receptionist student in training, as she said, "We're booked, but I'll give her this one". I didn't think much about it because I know they're all in training...And, for sure one of the instructors would be there to guide her...WRONG. The Hispanic instructor was present... but consumed with other students and there was a new Black instructor there...that "took over" my cut. To say the least I wished I'd taken my chances with the student or just left completely. Anyhow, thank God my face structure can handle just about any style cut...And, that I know how to make minor adjustments to an attempt. Long-short....new staff RUDE, INPERSONABLE, TACKY, UNPROFESSIONABLE, AND MISGUIDES STUDENTS. I gave two stars because of PAST experiences....so, I know the environment won't stay the same as receptionist, instructors and students rotate out....
