The hairstylists here always do a fine job. I never ask for anything ridiculous and I'm not massively into hairstyling, just occasional gel on special occasions. The reason I'm only giving a 3 star, and it might need to be lower, is the absolutely absurd new procedure of online reservations. I have been witnessing people for months now come in, like myself, not using the online reservation system and then leaving after waiting for 20-30 minutes because a hair cut from a place like super cuts should not make the most simple of tasks any more difficult than it needs to be. Today may very well be my last super cut unless they get rid of this idiotic system and reinstate the traditional first come first serve model.

My daughter and I had to go here 4 times in two days... Beth completely chopped my hair up, and my daughter's hair was also uneven. Beth who was supposedly a supervisor from a Fort Worth Location. All I wanted was a straight bob. I will never return to supercuts. It looks like I cut it myself. Really unsatisfied even though there was an attempt to fix it. I still have to go to work like this. Sad asf to be honest.

Walked in with my 2 boys after getting a bunch of recommendations from our neighborhood to go see Kayley and Silvia. And lucky us they were both working! Both were great and took the time to check out how the boys hair grows and asked what I wanted. Both boys look great, we will definitly be back.

Kaylay is by far the best. My three boys love to tell her all about what has gone on in between visits. We always online schedule and she does her very best to accomidate my picky children.
