I give this one star because...when I went here I had to wait a long time to get my hair cut, then when I finally got to take a seat I told the girl what I wanted which was my hair all even length and she recommended me this other hair style that was like long in the back, short in the front. I told her no, so she said ok. So she starts cutting my hair and maybe forgot what I told her? But anyway she cuts and when she's done, it was the way she wanted it, it was Long in the back, short in the front not cut even across like I wanted! I don't remember her name sadly. But now it is some time in the future and I am going to go get my hair even out. I HAVE TO CUT AT LEAST 10 INCHES OFF NOW BECAUSE IF HER! I love my long hair but now I won't have any due to her! I hate her and will never come back! Get your workers in place!

The lines are super long. And the staff don’t seem so personable. Super cuts are for super little kids or if you wear those old nike dad shoes.

I went here on a Saturday to get my haircut I wanted a shoulder length bob. The lady just grabbed all my hair together and just cut it without thinking. She said it’s going to get cut anyway. I was shocked I was like okay I trust a stylist. Nope by the end of it I was upset and saddened. I don’t like my haircut even after some two weeks still don’t like it. My stylist didn’t give me what I wanted or even closed to what I asked. I my hair wasn’t even cut even. Now letting my hair grow out. :/

Haircut came out great, it was a fast walk in and the lady knew what kind of hair cut I wanted before I even knew. Only complaint, please fix the alignment of your clippers, when cleaning up the hair on my neck your clippers cut me.
