I called a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment with the same stylist, but was told by the owner that she would call me back with some information. She never did. I called again the next day and was told I would get a call back that Friday about setting an appointment. Again, no call back. I found out last week from the stylist that she no longer works at Nappy Bliss. Now why didn't the owner tell me that??? I will be sure to let others know not to do business here.
