I checked in on my phone via the app. Went shopping at HEB while we waited for our appointment. Check in was fast at Great Clips and we didn't wait long. My son had a very nice barber who did his hair exactly like I asked. My son loved his new style! We will always go back!

My son is autistic and the lady that cut his hair was patient and kind and took her timewith him. She was awesome! Thank you for being so sweet to him.

Been coming here a couple of times, this sadly has been my worst experience, I waited outside an hour to be the first in the door, and rather then that because two guys had checked in online, which I didn't know you could do, jumped ahead of me, both ladies were aware I have been waiting outside to be first, even talked to one of them about it when they were outside going in. After that they were unprofessional, spoke in spanish to each other and didn't pay attention to the customer (me) joked with each other and didn't pay attention to my hair, I ended up just telling her to buzz cut it because, to me she had messed up and I didn't trust her to fix it.... will more then likely not come back here again. It's really hard to find a good great clips with employees that have customer service.

I've gone here multiple times and it's usually a pretty good place but yesterday I went in and my entire experience just felt very unprofessional. The woman who cut my hair didnt seem to know what she was doing. I asked for a fade and she didn't know how to blend the sides and had another stylist come over and and help her. She didn't have and thinning shears and didn't seem to k ow how to lower the chair back down after the other woman had raised it. So I ended up looking g down to my right so she could trim my bangs. I ended up just saying. It looked fine so I could leave and go somewhere else and have my hair fixed before I didn't have enough left to do anything about it.

Fabulous place and fabulous women. We live in an odd area and travel to Waxahachie to this place in hopes they could do an 80ish layer to my husband long hair and they hit it right on the nail. He is happy and I love it. We will be coming back.
