I have had great service since Donya has been my hair stylist. I followed her from the Boardroom and when I first met with her my hair was a mess. After she fixed my look and have continued to return!

The hair cuts are terrible. It seems like these gals with 1-5 year experience haven't learned how to cut hair properly. All sides/hair length have to be even and have smooth transitions.

This was the WORST experience Iâ€™ve had in hair cuts. I left in tears. I asked her to simply take off 1-1/2 inches and she did 3. I asked her to also just add some layers and it looks like she took a chain saw to my hair. Itâ€™s a shame you have to sacrifice so much satisfaction for the sake of affordability. It seems that they are proficient in cutting menâ€™s hair. Would NOT tell anyone to go back.
