Wow! First time in store. My 12 year old niece was visiting from Illinois and wanted her ears pierced. Great experience and memory for her. Clean, great selection of everything you need. Nice friendly staff.

Don't waste your time and money on the assistance at this location. Kalsey is the worst person to deal with, she won't listen to you or your options and will try and swindle you out of your money. Fiance went in with make-up purchased from this location because she was told this was fine. She was then asked to purchase more of the same make-up that was brought in with her. The consultant then pushed off the work onto another employee then at checkout claimed she was the only one who worked with my fiance. I have always heard great things about Ulta and will continue to spend money with them just never this location.

I LOVE my hair stylist Samira Z. She was absolutely the best! I was so impressed by her attention to detail, way she listened, and how talented and sincere she was. She absolutely made the whole experience, and gives the best customer service. I will definitely be booking again with her in the future. Also, she gives the best head massage!!!! :)

Terrible customer service at this location. I asked for a product for a basic skin need and the girl had 0 idea. Another customer came in for the same exact thing and they gave her the same response. The three times I’ve been to this location the staff has been this way and never have stuff in stock.
