Miriam ....does a great job and always has a smile. Always look forward to having my haircut and beard trimmed....she is so friendly and makes me smile...best of all does awesone job on my hair.

I've gone to a few of the stores and found that most of them are unaware or unable to cut different types of hair. I would think that in graduating from school they would learn how to do that. It's disappointing that they are unable to be successful in managing all types of heads.

Very happy. Checked in online. No wait when I showed up. Mirtha did a great job. She took her time to do it right. Wasn't rushed and a gave me a scalp massage with the shampoo. Definitely coming back.

*I originally placed my review for the wrong location. I have deleted it to try and make it right for that location.* Long story short....i asked to cut the longest layer shorter and trim the split ends on the other layers as I'm growing it out. She cut the length, did nothing else. When I questioned her she said "you said you didn't want more layers". I dont, however i want it healthy and stated I wanted the split ends cut. The way she trimmed the rest was horrible! One side is now more full than the other as well as I'm still cutting pieces that are 1/4 an inch or longer than the rest. Not a great experience for me. 2 stars for online check in and no waiting.
