I sent my wife here because of good reviews I read on Google. All she wanted was nails done. Nothing fancy just solid color and some glitter like medium in length. She made the appointment and I dropped her off. Unfortunately I had to pick her up within minutes because the staff member was unable to do nails like that. My wife explained to me that the place was nice but wish we would have known this when she called so we wouldn't have wasted the trip. The staff member did call us back and I spoke with her and was very apologetic, but told my wife another staff member could help her but would take another hour. But I just wanted to let others know to ask before you go what they can and cannot do. My wife can't say anything else about the about the salon because she didn't get to experience what else they offer. But unfortunately they lost a first time customer. It may not seem like a lot to an employee but to a business that's revenue over time because I assure you my wife would have been a repeat customer. Fortunately she found another nail salon and paid $30 for her nails exactly as she wanted. We would have paid the prices at the salon anyways because we would expect better service for a higher price. I'm sure the salon offers a great experience but just make sure you let them know exactly what you need before you show up. I rated 2 stars because my wife said the salon was very nice and comfortable to be in. No offense to the staff member but maybe management should add to their online menu that only certain staff can do certain nails so to lesson the confusion. Again this is our review of this salon. I'm sure other customers have been going here for years with no issues. Just trying to leave a helpful post.
