I’ve been here before but was never pleased with the service. The people I dealt with before didn’t seem to care to be there much less accept customers. Our older son is a bit more difficult to get through a haircut and some seemed frustrated and sometimes it made it worse . I decided to give it one more try since it was going to be my youngest first time getting a haircut And knew he would love the chairs. We were greeted by Bertha and The service from start to finish was beyond amazing. She took the time to talk to both my kids and made them comfortable. My older son who never lets anyone cut his hair was completely calm with her and didn’t fuss . When we sat him in the chair he was fighting us and she immediately started talking to him and making him feel comfortable. I can not tell you how grateful I am for her great service. My sons loved her so much. She completely went out of her way to make sure they had a great experience. I could not believe how she was able to calm my son down. He went from screaming crying during haircuts to complete calm and she used every single machine! I’m seriously in awe of her and her patience with my kids. I will follow her wherever she goes and she will be cutting my kids hair from now on. I can not recommend her enough . Wow thank you again Bertha for your amazing service and your patience for my kids. I left in complete disbelief in how great it was and even shed some tears that my son was able to feel so comfortable with you. She is such a nice genuine person and her compassion for children shows. Thank you for going above and beyond for our babies. I will recommend her to anyone I know who has kids she is truly amazing! 💕

I love coming to this place. Eicka has always been my kids hairstylist and she's great 👍 a lot of patience and quick worker.

Great first haircut for my son! There was no wait on a Thursday afternoon (we called ahead and put our name on a waiting list just in case). First haircut package included a certificate, photograph, lock of hair, and 2 suckers. Stylist was SOOOO nice and happy and professional. I'll be going back for all his haircuts!

Pricy but good service. There's a girl kid spa and cartoons are played for child to be distracted. Would have given 5 stars but the waiting area can be dirty with hair. Other than that no complaints.

It's a great place for kid haircuts and staff is very patient with my difficult son. On the downside, it's always different stylists so some give him better haircuts than others.
