I went to this salon on January 28, 2024. I was placed with Carol. I had hair down to my hips. I asked for 4 inches off, long layers, and a little face framing. She literally butchered my hair. I have been crying since I walked out of that salon. I’m literally heartbroken. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me that she wasn’t comfortable cutting long hair. I never wanted short hair. Do not, under any circumstances, use Carol. I now have to get this fixed. Which means more hair will have to come off. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

This so call rep was talking about a client that was here for her haircut appt and was told that the hairstylist overslept. I'm sorry that no excuse to talk about a client that was here on time and her hairstylist not show up for work. I won't be bringing my daughter here again. Also, my daughter's hairstylist didn't wash her hair after she said that it was needed after a haircut...she just cut and straighten it

My old barber closed down so I went in for a haircut yesterday, and it went very well. There was no wait (which was just lucky I suppose) and several barbers on staff (which is great because long waits seem to be a huge downside for most people when it comes to finding a good barber). A young woman named Luisa cut my hair and she did a great job. She was friendly (but not too chatty), cut my hair perfectly (granted it's a simple men's cut), and did it quickly (perhaps most importantly). The price was right ($20 for a regular cut) and overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely see Luisa again.

Before this haircut I had amazing hair I loved my hair but I went there and asked for her to leave the top alone and she took about two inches off the top I’m never going there again if you do go don’t get your haircut by Carol

Kevin did an EXCELLENT job cutting my short hair. He has great communication skills, cutting and styling expertise, and he’s FAST! I was very pleased with my pixie-style cut!
