HORRIBLE experience. I had made an appointment with the salon, after she started dying my hair she lets me know she doesn’t feel comfortable doing it. Then proceeds to wash it out and tells me to make an appointment with someone else on another day after my hair is partially dyed! I asked to speak with a manager, she offers for me to come back another day as well. I am a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts I cannot come back for four days! This is completely unacceptable. When I tell the manager that I want my hair fixed that day she says they’re unable to accommodate that because they’re booked. At this point I feel like my hair being partially dyed is more important than someone who has not walked in the door yet. I am beside myself and do not recommend the salon at all. This was not a hard dye job, just roots and low lights…. Shame on ULTA for thinking this was an acceptable solution.

I am not one to give bad reviews but here I am… This was my first trip to Ulta Beauty. Since I’m just getting started learning to do my makeup. My daughter and I were excited to finally go check it out. No one greeted us as we entered the store (That did not bother me but I just had to add) There we’re two cashiers not doing anything but both chit chatting and just standing there Their was an elderly lady who was on the floor assisting another customer so I asked one of the cashiers if someone else could assist me, she tells me that she’ll have to get someone from the back to come out to do that, which I don’t get why not one of them could come help me. When the lady came out, she had such an attitude like she didn’t even want to assist me. Even my 8 year old daughter noticed she was throwing an attitude. I ignored it got what I needed and proceeded to the checkout. She went to the back of the register and started talking to the two cashiers and they all started laughing. They made me stand in line for 2 minutes knowing I was all ready to checkout. Another cashier came out and was the one who checked me out. When I got home I opened up the package and it was a TESTER that she sold to me. I am beyond furious. I called and the manager was backing her employers up. Never again am I going to this location! 🤬

Such a nice people working over there . Especially one of the employees, her name is Amber . She did such a good job and I’m gonna come back ! 5 stars!!!!
