Wish I had my cut done by the older, stockier lady - maybe her name was Morgan? She gave two outstanding cuts in front of me. The wait was long. I got the younger gal, Merlin, and I could tell she lacked experience. My cut is pretty lousy with one side too bulky and long, with bad choppyness all across the lower back of my head. Very hard to manage since it wasn't properly stacked. They were rushing to close so there was no time to complain. I got sick and could not return within the guarantee period to have the other lady fix it. I think I will go elsewhere to get it improved. Too bad, since I used to use them a lot over the years. Staff turnover makes for terribly inconsistent quality.

D'Jon's the man! I've been to most of the popular men's salons in town and D'Jon spent more time and took much more attention to detail in my haircut. Walked out with the best cut I've had in years. He's my go-to guy now!

Took my teen here for a “trim.” I asked for 3-4 inches to be taken off and we walked out with 8 inches off. I can’t believe how horrible and uneven her hair was cut. The ladies were nice but should not be allowed to cut hair. First and last visit to this place. Before and after pics attached!

Our stylist was D’Jon. I took my 5 year old here, and we had never gotten him a haircut at an adult place before, but it ended up being the best haircut he’s ever had! D’Jon was awesome and worked so well with us. It’s not always easy cutting a little kid’s hair, so we will definitely be back! Thanks D’Jon!

Horrible experience, made appointments online and they refused to honor them, said we would have wait until all walk-ins were seen first, REPLY to owner, we would not have minded waiting 30 minutes and certainly did not expect the stylists to stop cutting hair for us. We clearly understood the policy. The blondish lady working told us that we would have to wait until ALL the Walkins we're served because they were there first. So the online check-in served zero purpose if we were to be served LAST.
