Over powering smell of perfume as soon as you walk in. It immediately gave me a headache. I asked a sales associate for help finding a product so I could be in and out, but she seemed very bothered with me asking and answered me in a very rude tone. They were completely out of the product I was looking for. It wasn’t a good experience for me and I didn’t receive good customer service either.

Every time I go the entire staff is so kind! Always willing to share helpful beauty tips and answer questions! I had my hair and makeup done by Camille A. I could not be happier! She is fantastic at her craft. She hit the mark perfectly on every thing I described I was wanting. Way to make a woman feel gorgeous Team Ulta Burleson!

I visited this store for the first time last week. There were literally no staff working the floor. I saw two employees walking from the front check out to the back of the store but they weren't helping. There was a long line and only one person was working the check out. The store seemed disorganized and chaotic. Very poor customer service that day. I gave two stars because they had the products I was looking for. Next time I'll just go to the Hulen location.

Worst customer service ever. Ulta should reconsider who they choose to be managers. These ladies ran and hid in another aisle so they could continue talking instead of assisting customers and doing the job they are paid to do. Such low standards for a store, how disappointing.
