My husband loves to get his hair cut by Huang. She always does the best job. The place is clean and the employees are all nice and polite.

Well this is how my hair now looks after having Great Clips Tomball cut it last night. On one side it is about a 1/2 inch of no hair around my ear (they called it a white wall) ...the other side is okay. The back is a mess. I stopped back there today and they offered to "fix" it...no, I don't want the other side cut a 1/2 inch above my ear to match...why would I? This is not the first bad haircut I have gotten there, but It is the LAST. Never, ever again will I go to Great Clips...I could have hacked it off in the dark and done better than this. UPDATE: I will be getting a refund for the haircut.

Took our 6 year old to get his hair cut. They totally messed his hair up. We had to take him back the next day cause it was totally uneven. The lady still couldn't understand how to cut. Horrible!!! Won't even go back!
