I never go to great clips, typically for reasons like this. I’m pretty sure it was this lady’s first day. She messed up my hair and kept talking and sharing personal things that shouldn’t be talked about in a professional atmosphere and I didn’t care to hear any of it. But what really takes the cake is when she said “great clips is really more concerned with quantity than quality .” She saw the reaction on my face and said “I mean you’re still getting a quality haircut but...”; I honestly couldn’t believe she said that, but when I saw how jacked up my hair was, I knew she wasn’t lying. I mean I had to coach her up on basic things like making both sides looking at least somewhat similar. Yeah, I won’t be going back anytime soon. Her cosmetology certificate expired exactly a year from that weekend. So honestly that’s a dead giveaway, but those type of places are the only ones that will hire those people without experience.
