Love going to this Great Clips. I've been using them now for the last four or five haircuts. Each time they take care of me and I walk out with the hair that I love. Always very sweet people and always available and timely.

I never go to great clips, typically for reasons like this. I’m pretty sure it was this lady’s first day. She messed up my hair and kept talking and sharing personal things that shouldn’t be talked about in a professional atmosphere and I didn’t care to hear any of it. But what really takes the cake is when she said “great clips is really more concerned with quantity than quality .” She saw the reaction on my face and said “I mean you’re still getting a quality haircut but...”; I honestly couldn’t believe she said that, but when I saw how jacked up my hair was, I knew she wasn’t lying. I mean I had to coach her up on basic things like making both sides looking at least somewhat similar. Yeah, I won’t be going back anytime soon. Her cosmetology certificate expired exactly a year from that weekend. So honestly that’s a dead giveaway, but those type of places are the only ones that will hire those people without experience. ZERO STARS

Teka does a great job, takes her time to ensure you're getting the cut that you want. I've gone back to get several times and she is very consistent.

They cut my hair and I was satisfied but they brushed me off with some powder that set off my allergy reaction. The plastic machine was not functioning so had to pay cash.

Terrible. Last two haircuts were messed up and I was rushed out of the chair. It’s pretty easy to do a 6 or 7 on top and 2 on sides. Uneven and missing places on the head entirely. I’ll put it this way, shouldn’t have to have my wife take scissors to get spots they missed at home, or have to do it myself at work in the bathroom afterwards. avoid this place.
