i went in for a foundation, ladies were absolutely lovely but i did notice one of the managers with a name tag on, couldnâ€™t see her name, on the phone, having a conversation with someone laughing, loud and ignoring customers that needed help around her. now iâ€™m not one to complain but it looked very unprofessional especially during business hours. this store has been my go 2 since it has opened but i do not want to shop somewhere, where the managers are on their phones laughing obnoxiously loud.

I had a makeup appointment for my engagement pictures Saturday April 27th. Brandi and Stephanie were very helpful with accommodating my needs, however; one of the managers and staff members looked over at me while I was getting my makeup done, whispered to each other, laughed, and proceeded to talk to the woman who did my eyebrows. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Then I felt insecure about my eyebrows and asked the woman who did them to please fix them. They said the employees were not talking about me, but were talking about my stylist. I told them it was unprofessional regardless. The same employees continued to walk past where I was and look at me. I felt uncomfortable the WHOLE TIME. My makeup artist even noticed and said, "do you feel like they're talking about you?" and I said yes. I will not be returning to this location.

I went in looking for a good foundation to fit my skin needs. I received help from a young lady named Karam. She matched the lancome foundation perfectly to my skin. She was really helpful and very nice, needless to say I ended up buying the foundation.

I love this salon. I have worked with Lyn many times and she always does a great job with my hair. It is a smaller store so they don't have as much stuff as the other stores nearby, however they carry a good selection and are very organized.
