He is extremely rude. His wife is his receptionist/assistant. Her mother was there and he talks down to her AND her mother, while I was there. Was telling me how much he hates his mother in law and she was sitting 5 feet away. Very unprofessional. I came in because my hair was faded out red and I wanted to go back to my natural blonde color. He argued with me that my roots were grey. I'm very pale and have nearly white natural blonde hair, it's not grey. Anyway, he hacked my hair from just below my shoulders to above my jaw line and left it peroxide orange. I sat in my car and cried when I left. I don't even want to discuss what he charged me for this. Hands down WORST experience I've ever had in regard to my hair. He has his own salon because I can't imagine anyone wanting to work with his attitude.

Excellent stylist,John certainly knows style! In over two years in the Houston area 5 haircuts from extremely high priced to average,the experience was all negative until I met John. His wife is friendly and helpful! This man knows how to cut!

Horrible. Had my hair cut there and the guy didn't listen at all to what I wanted and I didn't like the cut. They charged me a higher price than they told me initially and they are super pushy about products. They try to squeeze every cent they can from you. Completely unprofessional salon and I will never go there again.

had the worst expiriance of my life...i asked for ombre, and he gave me random splotches of blonde. When i asked for an explanation on the turnout which, looked like random chunks of highlights from someone who has never worked on hair before, he gave me no answer. When i walked away upset he didn't even flinch which makes me believe this has happened before. He even told my friend who i was with to go back to Canada on our way out. He also left midway through coloring my hair to get some burger king. He was gone for 30 minutes. John the owner was completely unprofessional and down right rude. His assistant was nice and obviously emberassed by him. I recommend no one ever go here. I decided to try this place out because of the good reviews it has. It was a horrible decision.
