I only visited here once when traveling for a work assignment. I came in and asked one of the workers where I can find Korean skincare. She was very pleasant and helped me out. I looked around the store a bit more and noticed that many items were on clearance, which makes shopping for beauty items fun and exciting. I noticed the shelves were stocked well; most of them were neat and organized.

Went in for my daughter's Christmas gifts. Initially one girl was very helpful, but the freaks at the counter were very rude. I may not be young and gorgeous but I have boobs. They're was absolutely no need to call me sir. This coming from weirdos deliberately putting on make up like a freak. And overcharged me too. It was supposed to be on sale. Not everything it was supposed to be but cost more. Never again.

The worst service. I had my things ready but, as always, I look at the mini/travel sized items, by the registers. A rude cashier by the name "Adriana", kept rushing me to check out. In the rudest way. "i am over here I can check you out now. i am ready whenever you are." and I wasn't even in line yet. I around the makeup still. I heard the male cashier say, "Can you like, simmer down?". I cant remember his name but, he was super sweet. Once I got to the register, she continued being rude and passively tossed my items around and in the bag. Kept complaining about her work duties too. She really needs to simmer TF down. after THAT, I get in my car and check my items. My NYX palette was broken. :(

If you are a lighter complected woman, especially black/mixed race be careful here. The dark skinned black girls are prejudiced as heck towards you! They are very quick to help out the white women but will follow and turn their noses up at the black women who are of fairer skin. Even if you are a light toasty brown, if you are lighter than they are, you will get treated like trash. Be careful!

Baytown: Horrible staff they ignore you and act as though they are too good to help a customer. Arrogant attitudes among several of staff and management is fake and could care less if you are in their store or not. I gues the Ulta is there just for employees' happiness as customers are definitely in the employees' way!!! No money spent
