One of the best haircuts I ever got, and it was super cheap. Everything was neat and clean, and the person who cut my hair - Laura - provided me with information about how to take care of my hair. I have been to high end salons, paid a lot, but was disappointed with the result. Supercuts, and Laura, did a wonderful job at a very low price. Thanks Laura!

It’s okay. The lady with the blonde hair gave my a passive aggressive look and tone while checking in and out. Other than that, the place still gets the job done.

I’ve been going to this supercuts location for about a year now, and will not be coming back again after my most recent experience. The quality of the haircuts is highly variable and over the past few months it has become increasingly frustrating trying to get a quality haircut here. The appointments you can book online used to be relatively accurate/timely and maybe you would have a 10-20 minute wait, which is completely understandable, however more recently they have been prioritizing walk-in customers over scheduled appointments. I arrived on time for my recent appointment (men’s haircut which typically takes ~15 minutes) and instead of getting my haircut, my stylist began a brand-new walk-in customer’s haircut, shampoo, blow-dry, and perm instead, which took 50 minutes from start to finish. This was after being told it would only take 20 minutes to take care of the walk in customer first. After waiting nearly an hour after my appointment time, I was finally seen, at which time I received a very rushed and sloppy 10 minute haircut that was not up to par with what I usually get from this stylist. I’m very frustrated with the service I received here, in general over the past few months and especially after this most recent visit. I can’t recommend coming to this location anymore and I will be looking for a new place to get my haircut in the future. I have no hard feelings towards my stylist, as she has been very kind and did a good job in the past, but I’m not okay waiting an hour after my appointment time only to get rushed through once it's my turn.

I had a lovely cut today, the original cut to my preference was not meant to be so severe, but the cosmoltologist was so accomodating, i could not give her less than stellar service....Seriously if you want the same cut ask for the same provider! This is a welcoming environment during the day!
