I’ve been coming to this Great Clips location for years but NO MORE! Haircut yesterday Oct 10, 2017 was completely botched. I’m almost bald in some spots. I asked for a point cut haircut and the stylist Andrea wanted to cut with scissors and then use a razor. I agreed not knowing that she’s literally shave spots in my head! She’s cut my hair before but I could not recommend her again. If I was a man, I’d shave my head myself right now. Such a poor job and very upset

I have already received the worst customer service in my life. This was given by the stylist Koasha. She showed a bad mood from the beginning of the service and was very rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer in this location for about 3 years and I had received a good customer service until this event. I will never visit this location again.

I have been there 2 times in 5 years.they do terrible .!!!!! She cut my hair and then I had to fix it myself.i didn't know that the Great Clips next to Krogers would fix it.found out today..i went there so they could fix the screw up job the other place did.Thank you...Great clips next to Krogers on Rayford..
