My daughter and I were just in today for deep conditioning and ended up doing two strand twists as well. When I got home, I found that my daughter's twists which were done by Katrina were not even at all. There are three very large twists at the back, while the rest are smaller, but all different sizes. I tried to call back at 03:30pm, but the voice mail was full. For the amount of money I paid, I would have expected way better. I will have to undo her twists and do them again myself. They also used a lot more gel than is really necessary. This was my second time coming here. The first time about a year ago, my daughter's hair got a lot of damage after being flat ironed. I decided to give them another try, but today's visit confirmed to me that this is not the best hair salon.
