This is the only place I go to get a haircut. Lucy is the best and she pays attention to details. I've have tried numerous places and nothing compares. Lucy takes her time to make sure everything is perfect.

Lucy speaks Cantonese Chinese Mandarin Guanzhou from Hong Kong They are 7 days a week. 11-7 so very convenient. So when I get bubble tea I just pop in and see if they are available

Back in January of this year, I went to a prominent Asian hairstylist to get a Japanese straight perm, after more than 5 hours, $200+ later with 2/3 of my hair on the studio’s floor. I regretted for not speaking up and express my true feeling. I had a full set of hair and oftentimes, first thing a hairdresser would do is to compliant how much hair I have, and then guilt overwhelm me, b/c I take up more time then average customer. However, my uneasiness increase when I see that most of my long cherished hair was fallen onto the floor around me, afterward, she even boasted about how much hair she has “layered off.” First thing that came to my mind was that she want to save on her Japanese straight perm chemical. But, still I didn't complaint, b/c my sister has already asked me to trust this hairdresser that many of our cousins asked for by name. 3 days after the perm, when I was instructed that I can wash my hair, I find out that my hair was damaged immensely. My once long, thick, smooth hair became brittle, curvy hair. I need to use a flat iron, in the morning, to achieve the “Japanese Perm” that my sister has paid for. I dreaded that experience so much, I delayed getting a trim. Finally, after almost 4 months later, I went back to my previous hairdresser, Lucy Hair Studio, who is extremely detailed and diligent – I had left that place, b/c I didn't see the point of having a haircut appointment that takes up at almost 2 hours. But this time around, Lucy did a supper job and tend to my scheduled appointment 100%. I walked out confident and extremely satisfied as she will help me reverse the damaged caused by my “Japanese Perm.” Lesson learned – patient is a virtue – and saving $ at Lucy’s is a plus! I’ll not trust other hairdresser ever again, but Lucy’s Hair Studio.

The hair dresser did not shampoo my hair like promised yet charged me more money than what was on her menu. The way she cut my hair looks horrid, it is choppy and has very bad layers. I felt like she was going through my hair with a tomahawk (a light ax). Plus, she cut my hair way shorter than I told her to. My hair looks like a hot mess, I would not recommend this place.

After experimenting with various places to cut my hair from Visible Changes, Toni and Guy, Cut Loose and a few others I found Lucy's and have stayed for the past 2 years. She's very meticulous and pays close attention to small details and she does it all for what i paid 2 or 3 times more at the other places. I couldn't be happier
