I set up an appointment with Bernice for a color and a tapper. We confirmed a price and a date which was one week from the day I set the appointment up. The day of the appointment comes, so I take the current Senegalese twist that were installed out, to prepare for my appointment later that day. I arrive for my appointment on time and she isn't anywhere to be found. Sydney asked me do I have the right shop and am I sure I set up an appointment. I then checked to make sure, because maybe i mixed up the address or something. Well no, I was definitely at the right place, Sydney then says "Well she told me that she thought you would cancel so she left". WWHATTTTTTT!!!!!! Why would I cancel?!?! Why wouldn't you call and confirm the appointment if you were experiencing a bit of uncertainty?!? Why are you playing with my life?!?! lol At this point I want to cry because if i didn't get my hair done my hair wouldn't be up to my standards for valentines day weekend. So know I'm thinking, my weekend is ruined. I then preceded to call her...she doesn't answer. Sydney calls twice and she still doesn't answer. He then calls a lady named Ms. Linda and tells her my situation and she gives me the go ahead to come on over, Instead of Sydney giving us the number or the address he gives us turn by turn directions. We started heading over to the other shop but his directions were not the best so we got lost and had to go back to his shop, He refuses to give us the number or the address so we literally had to look the shop up on google maps and get him to confirm the location. This whole situation was strange, unnecessary, and unprofessional and I strongly recommend you go to another shop, If it wasn't for Ms.Linda and her Team at the shop down the street my day and my weekend would have been ruined, I'm so happy that he referred me to them because i love my hair no thanks to Sydney's unfortunately. Hopefully they'll do better in the future.
