The experience here is always great. Nice friendly service. The hair prices are about the same as anywhere else. The hair last me for months. I just wished they sold more blonde colored hair. Other than that I still buy my hair from here and have it dyed.

I used to buy from She's Happy Hair couple years ago and my hair was great. but now I went back to buy the Brazilian deep wave, and it look nice until I went home and wash and deTangled. the hair is so matted up I had a ball of hair in my hand from combing it. And then I went to install the hair, and the hair is full of split ends. It looks like it was dyed before. The Lady specifically told me that the hair is not dyed and is virgin hair. Will not be buying from she's happy hair again.

Over priced for hair that last for a month maybe 2. Sheds, and smells.. Worth the buy if you're okay with buying new bundles every other month.. I've had cheaper bundles that lasted longer from AliExpress but to each its own!

Seriously... TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE! The first time I washed my hair after install it shed SO bad! It was already shedding when combing or brushing no matter how cautious I am. But after washing it I'm not exaggerating... Legitimately at least 1/4 or more of a bundle has came out with this wash. (The pictures don't do it justice)... I blow dried my scalp on cold and little spurts of warm air and let the rest of the hair air dry. And it still shed that much. It's STILL shedding everytime I run my fingers through my hair! I've had hair from Ali Express that's held up better than this!... Do yourself a favor and find a reputable supplier. Even the Instagram hair pages would be better than this. Smh. Such a disappointment.

I see the location says Houston, that's incorrect I'm speaking on the Dallas location "Arlington TX". I bought this hair twice the body wave 18", 20", 22" and both times I got the same results, true the hair doesn't tangle but that's just about all it doesn't do. She's Happy Hair shed tremendously to the point of becoming about a 14" and that was only after 2 installs and having the hair for 8 months. The wave pattern doesn't stay long at all the pattern straightens out quickly. Mind you all of this happen with regular maintenance, shampooing and deep conditioning. I tried She's Happy Hair twice just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but both times i was failed. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the hair doesn't tangle
