After reading the reviews of this place I wasn't to sure if I wanted to go but it is close to home and very convenient. I have been a couple of times and really didn't like the outcome. I decided to give it one more shot and have been going every since. I get my hair cut every 4 months or so and I ONLY use Vernice. She is very sweet and definitely KNOWS her stuff!! She is a great asset to this company because even though the reviews aren't great and I most likely would not have come back before. Vernice was able to make things right again, with such a positive attitude!!! I would and have recommended others to give them another try.. but ASK for Vernice!!

Walked in to get a cut. One employee working with her back to the door. No acknowledgement I was there. I figured it was the hair dryer keeping her from hearing me so I went and sat down in her line of sight. 10 minutes later I left, still unacknowledged. Came back 20 minutes later and she was still futzing with the same client. Didn't even bother to go in. Won't be back
