I have gone to Heidi's hair salon for over 10 years now. They are consistent, courteous, clean, and I always come out Feeling Fabulous!

I took my 3 year old daughter here and they cut her bangs halfway up her four head in a straight line instead of leting it frame her face. Its way to short and it looks horrible !

THEY DO A AMAZING JOB, I BEEN TO ALL THE UPSALE PRICE SALONS IN SOUTH SHORE BLVD AND A JOKE OVER PRICE WITH TERRIBLE HAIR RESULTS . ALL I CAN SAY AS I BEING GOING FOR A YEAR AND LINDA AND HEIDI ARE GREAT. BRALIZIAN DROP SCREW MY HAIR TOOK 2 YEARS TO GET HEALTHY OWNER VERY RUDE.. LAVISH A OVERPRICE JOKE IF THEY WERE AMZING I DO NOT MIND SPENDING BUT A SIMPLE COLOR/ LOW LIGHT AND SYLE $400 THEY ARE CERTAINLY NOT A RIVEROAKS SALAON . ANITA NEEDS GOOD STYLIST OVERPRICE. I DO MY HAIR EVERY MONTH AND STYLE EVERY WEEK. I LIKE FEELING MY HAIRCUT OR STYLE IS A JUST STEP OUT OF A SALON EXPERIENCE.

Haircut good but they do not keep appt when set. Twice I made an appt. went to salon hairstylist not there. No more. One time shame on me, second time shame on them.

Ive held a cosmetology license for 6 years. I went in here looking to relax and have someone else do my hair for a change. I asked for a dark red/brown color and picked out the shade I wanted but ended up with black hair. She didn't know what she was doing. She DID NOT rinse all of the color out of my hair. After paying for the color... I had to go home and wash it again once I left. The color was caked up and dried along my scalp and hair line and behind my ears. She also used a semi permanent color when I did not ask for it. It has been 3 weeks and I'm still seeing color rinse out when I shampoo my hair at home. They do not know how to mix and apply color. Save your money and go somewhere else.
