The place was pretty clean. I didn't wait that much because I tend to check in online which is a very good service. This place also stays open late relatively to other places. I usually come here when it is passed 7pm and I need a hair cut. Keep in mind that I am used on going to barbershops. Your average hair cut is about 15 dollars for men. The service is not bad at all but it is not the best. Not my favorite place but it is the best place to go to for a late hsir cut. The hair cuts are nothing special. They tend to be barely alright to me. I always go home afterward to edge up myself. They tend to do a fast job. Don't take forever nor finish too fast which I like. It is a hit or miss with them. I can't remember their names but this one lady that cut my hair last time did a good job.

I got my hair cut by Katie. Great cut, super customer service. She recommended a heat protector that I just Love. Definitely would refer the Kingsgate Location to anyone.

Lisa cut my 18 month old son's hair and did a fanatstic job. Lupe cut my hair and is wonderful she did awesome. We love the Kingsgate location!!!

My husband took my son to get a hair cut this morning. The woman who cut my sons hair totally f**ked it up. It is uneven they told her 1 one the sides and scissor cut the top. She just shaved it off now I'm going to have to take him somewhere to fix it. We have never had a problem til now needless to say he won't be going back. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I took my daughters and my grandson to have their haircut there and the customer service was horrible rude ladies always talking about some customers and ignore you when you're standing at the counter trying to get some other type of service. The manager got our names down and without saying thank you or I will be right with you , she just turned away and never acknowledged you again the managers name is Lisa. Lisa cut my daughters hair and she did a horrible horrible horrible job. My daughter usually go to hairstylist and ask them for their advice and the first thing that came out of her mouth was I don't know I AIN't going home with you . From that moment she said that my daughter should've of walked away from her and not let her cut her hair but she still stay there and gave her the benefit of the doubt . LISA did a horrible job. We had to go to another great clips on University and the manager there Natalie was awesome she corrected the mistakes that Lisa did to my daughters hair and apology profusely to her. The only thing that that Natalie couldn't fix was my daughters bangs Lisa cut them to short and believe me my daughter still crying as of today over her bangs, never again will I go there rude rude rude people there. SO YOUR NOT WORTH NO STARS ... but I can not post if I don't select a star... UGG ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¼ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¼ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¼
