Salon Lumen is now the only place I will get my hair done. I recently went in there with bright pink hair. I had tried everything to get it out for school but I ended up damaging it more. I went in and came out with the most gorgeous hair. Moisturized, blonde, and an the most amazing cut. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Love it!!

Fantastic customer service. Dismery was wonderful with my daughter and did a fantastic job color correcting her hair. We dyed her hair pink( at a different salon) and we wanted to take it out and get it back a normal color. Diemery did a wonderful consultation and really tried to match her normal hair color. Totally recommend, great hair stylist and great location.

I am genuinely surprised this place has 5 stars. I gave this place a few chances but won't be back because of the lack of customer service. My experience: 1) On my very first visit, I walked into the salon and was not greeted even though the place is small and all the stylists looked straight at me. Yes, they were all busy. The owner (I found out who she was later) was not even 10 feet from me and gave me no greeting. 2) The 2 stylists I had (on separate occasions) were solid but were timid and seemed fearful of the owner. Not sure why. 3) Keeping Up With the Kardashians seems to play on repeat every time I am there. It's not a classy show and gives a bad impression. 4) Too much product was used on my hair, even though I brought it to the stylists' attention. It seemed to me that they could not make their own decisions and did not want to veer away from how the owner does things. The price is fair. If price is your #1 concern, this may be your place. But for me, I prefer to give my business and hard-earned money to kind and classy folks. I wish this place all the best.

Another amazing experience! I've been coming for 2 years and I am always blown away by the customer service! You are doted on the minute you walk into the salon, and I always love my hair! 💇‍♀️❤

If you’re looking for a top quality salon, this is the place. I’m impressed with the professionalism and talent this hair salon has. It’s obvious that they truly care about giving me the haircut that I want as opposed to what they want to give. Cut, color, style, and care for your hair is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and personable. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place to call.
