Miranda was so great at cutting my hair and answered all the questions I had. She was very gentle too and did a great job overall. I have curly hair and I was afraid she wouldn't do it right but she did plus she also has naturally curly hair.

Being watched the whole time while I was there, racially profiling will get workers in trouble. I will not return here, it feels really ugly when you see a worker eye balling you the whole time when you are trying to buy make-up with your hard earned money, is ridiculous and disgusting. Do your job yes, but to a certain extent lady.

I have been in this location twice now and the first experience was horrible it made me not want to come back cause the employees were standing around and talking to one another about ther personal life especially when i was trying to check out the first time they were talking about there personal life and laughing and when one cashier was free she looked at me and looked me up and down and walked off and i still was waiting longer but i can see why the previous customer was mad and said they didnt want to exchange there item cause she had such an attitude and i had another female employee give me a dirty look i felt like i wasnt welcomed and that just cause i dont have make up on or it dont look like i have money i got judge for it but this second time the cashier that cashed me out Marizel she was very nice and polite asked how i was doing but i didnt understand why they need all my info of where i live none of that was explained but Marizel answered one qestion i had about a product and i asked how she liked it and i got an answer but after i told Marizel about how i felt then and that i was going to do a survey for her on how she did and how rude the other girls where then other employees started being somewhat nice i shouldnt have to go this far to have someone be nice to me!!!! Nor mention it to someone else for them to be nice!! I would habe put this on the survey but it only allows 1000 characters and obviously this would be over a 1000 characters . And ulta beauty can match this up with the survey here is ur transaction number 1307 and the date 1/3/18 register 4 cahsier Marizel . So i hope these ladies think about how they treat other people just like the golden rule says treat people how you would want to be treated . And i Also didnt agree with some of the survey qestions cause it asked about my income, what race i was, how old i was . Its not like im applying for a credit card or a job there but it is way out of line for those qestions or the lady's to judge you just cause they think you look like you dont have money and watch you like your stealing but wont walk up to you if you need help or not .

I'm so glad this Ulta opened near where I live, I hated going up the highway to La Cantera. It is very clean and the employees are mostly nice

I was in the store for maybe a minute. I walked in, asked a question, and left immediately after the interaction. Staff is very condescending; will try other locations.
