I have gone to Great Clips a number of times and i've never been super satisfied, but this time was especially upsetting. I asked for about 1/2 an inch off and some long layers. The woman doing my hair cut about three inches off the front of my hair without blending it into the rest, and proceeded to add "layers" by only cutting the very top most visible layer around 2 inches. It was a blunt cut and completely stood out from the rest of my hair. I normally am okay if something is off but this enough to have to have it fixed. The woman was also very rude to me and when she finished cutting my hair exclaimed, "That looks so much better than whatever that was that you had before," and I will no longer be going to Great Clips for any sort of service.

Worst haircut ever. I hate my haircut. The lady did not even take her time to part properly and my layers weren't even. Do not go to the Great Clips on Valley High Dr

This was one of the worst haircut experiences of my life. Upon arrival I was greeted nonchalantly by one of the barbers who asked me if I had signed in online, I replied that I hadn't, seeing as I had never been to any great clips before, and expected a short explanation on how to do so. Instead, she just went on asking me questions about my information as if I was in their system and when I clarified that I wasn't, she gave me a nasty look. After my name was put on the list I was called right away, where the rudest employee I've ever encountered asked me how I liked my hair cut. Before I even finished telling her how I liked it she began sawing off hair left and right, the whole thing took 2 minutes which was way too fast considering that I like the top of my hair to be cut with scissors. The worst part of the entire experience was when she straightened my sideburns without asking me if I wanted her to do so, and in the process she SHAVED HALF OF MY BEARD OFF without so much as a whiff of permission from me! Disgusted with her and the whole place I payed quickly and got out of there, but I'm going back to get her name and to give them an earful. I wasn't expecting much when I walked in there, but I definitely didn't expect a hackjob haircut and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you're considering this greatclips as a potential barber for you or your children: do yourself a favor and don't.
