It's a typical cheap chain but with the added benefit (to me!) that they do color, have over-60 pricing for cuts, and are close to my house. You can call in for an appointment or use the app to get onto the list, but you still need to be flexible with times. You can also request a specific person to do your hair (or "first available"), but turnover seems as high as at other discount haircut places. I really, really like my last cut and color (but I was underwhelmed with both the last time).

Went there a couple of days ago, first time. One of the workers came right up and asked me if I have been here before. Then they walked me thru the registration process. At first I thought it was silly but then realized it gives you a wait time. The waiting area was nice, a big screen TV to watch to pass the wait time, after 15 minutes it was my turn, right on time. Went back they asked how I wanted my haircut then proceeded to do a great job. By the way there were TV's to watch while you got your haircut. Afterwards they went to the front and cashed me out. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. What a wonderful experience! I will be back!

amazing service i always have Skye cut my hair and she does an amazing job i went in today to get my hair colored and she did everything she could to help me including staying an hour after closing to finish my hair

I have going to this Supercuts for about two years because of Ashley. She listens to what I want and executes perfectly. Not only with haircuts but color too. She has taken me safely and beautifully from a red head back to blond without damaging my hair.
