Lucy is fantastic. She cuts hair with a masterful eye towards what will and will not work for each individual person - the same can be said regarding her use of color. This means she will not necessarily always do what is asked - because if she thinks it will look terrible, she won't do it. This is her reputation on the line. If you want a professional stylist who will give you the best cut and/or color of your life, I highly recommend her. If you want someone who will just do as they're told (regardless of how poor the outcome may look on you) - I suggest you go to the Mall. Her salon is cozy, easy to access, and she is very friendly and professional. At least half my office goes here, and I have started bringing my mom as well. We won't go anywhere else.

I stopped in hoping someone could work me in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon:/ The salon was clean, smelled great (no harsh chemical smell), customers service was great!! I love my cut and color! They found a new customer â¤ï¸

I will never go back to this hair salon or recommend it. Lucy was extremely rude and didn't take proper care of my hair. For the haircut, I told her not cut too much lenght wise but she did whatever she wanted and I ended up with my hair way shorter than I wanted. She pulled my hair unnecessarily hard from the highlight cap. Even if I told her she was hurting me she kept doing it. She was rushing it and breaking my hair. I showed Lucy the color that I wanted and she told me she could make it look like that but at the end it was not even close. While I was there, Lucy had someone come to the salon to fix black mold that had invaded the massage room and restroom walls and floors. While she was doing my hair, they were taking the flooring off and the smell was disgusting. Lucy was yelling at the guy that was taking care of the mold and flooring. Overall it was the worst customer service experience for me.

I will never set foot in this salon again. I went in to get a hair cut and although Lucy was very nice and friendly and the cut was good, she recommended I'd color my hair. I made a separate appointment that same day in the afternoon. When I arrived Lucy (owner) was not in, so her assistant got me started and I was told Lucy was on her way. Later, she put Lucy on the phone so we could discuss the color I wanted and gave instructions to her assistant. I didn't want anything fancy. Just color all over. Lucy never showed up. Her assistant proceeded to do the entire service and charged a little less than $100 for my hair not to even have my white hair covered properly. I called to speak to Lucy after but she still wasn't in. Her assistant took down my name and number and guaranteed me that Lucy would call me first thing in the morning. Well it is the next day 2 p.m. And still no call from Lucy. I will take my business elsewhere and don't want to even see or talk to Lucy anymore since she doesn't seem to care about correcting an error her assistant made and charge full price for.
