I had my eyebrows tatooed by Elaine. I explained to Elaine that I have very sparce eyebrows and have to draw them on everyday. My skin is oily so it is very difficult to keep them on all day. She seemed to understand, so I felt comfortable letting her do my brows. Well after the healing process I was left with a very light tint to the brow area. So I contacted Elaine for a touch-up which was included in the price. Well after I healed from the touch up my brows were still too light. I mean to the point were I don't look like I have any. So I have tried to contact Elaine to see if we could do another touch up. She does not answer my calls and does not return my messages. So I feel that I paid over $200 for nothing. I will now have to get my brows re-done by Roxanne.
