If possible, I will give them zero star. I show the girl the picture I want my hair to be and she end up cutting my hair into something else completely different .....instead of simply apologized, she just gave me more excuses. I explained to her several ways how I want my haircut and she still mess it up. She had no skill so whatever. If you want to look ugly for months, go to this location. The other location of supercut never mess up my hair ever and I have been using this branch for years. This location don't even provide hot towls. I hate my new haircut and almost cry when she was done with my hair....i had never felt this bad about my hair in my whole life....

If I could award zero stars I would. Staff was grossly incompetent. I asked for a papadom with a zero on the sides and she looked at me confused. Looks like she used a 4. My hair doesn’t look like I even got a hair cut. What a waste of time and money. This place is the perfect example of what not to do.

Different Staff at the location and very friendly, great variety of products so it’s a one stop shop when coming here to get hair done and stocking up on needed hair care items. Waiting time is not as bad as other locations. Plenty of parking.

I really enjoyed my cut, it’s really clean and since A quieter Supercuts, i was in and out really quickly. The girl who cut my hair was named Karina, she was really sweet and friendly. I would most definitely recommend.
