My favorite person at this salon is by far Maria Reyes. For many years now she is the best person I trust with my hair. Sometimes i go simply for a haircut and other times for hair color or highlights. Either way I know that when she is done with me I will walk out that door feeling 100 percent better because of the way I look. I like the way she treats me as I feel very special when she does her magic on my hair but I notice that she does this with all her customers . She always has a clean station which is very assuring with Covid these days. It took me a long time to find the perfect person for my hair needs so I truly hope that she stays a long time! By the way, she is not hard to spot because her smile brightens up the salon so you can't miss her!

I walked in at 5:30 pm on a sunday got turned away with one person sitting, waiting, about to sit in the chair for his cut.. This isn't the first time i have been turned away when i know i could of gotten or my kids could of gotten a haircut.. Last time i use this company.. Wish i could put a negative star rating.

Theres only one young girl that moves around fast enough to attend ppl and finish quick being conscious that theres others waiting so she can cut hair. Today, she's not here, I've been waiting for 15 min so far in the sign in desk and all these older ladies just taking their sweet time on others giving their live stories to the person in th chair not givin me the tome to sign me in or look at me. Other times I've come and send me away saying its a two hour wait. Malases moves faster than these old ladies. Thers even a woman asleep in her chair with a towel on her head all this time. They just send someone away that they don't have time, I've observed them do that and then accept people in between within 5 min when they send off ppl. Now she signs in a Woman that just walked in telling her its an hour wait cutting in line to sign up and I tell her and me? Why don't you sign me up? She looks at me like She never saw me there waiting for 20 min to sign in and takes down my number and says its ganna be an hour and 30 min for you. Really?

I took my son 10 min till closing, I told my son they might not take us because they're closing. To my surprise, I was greeted with friendly smiles and hello's! Cynthia took care of my son's haircut, she not only did an awesome job, but she took her time and was very gentle. My son loved her! This was our first time, we will definitely be coming back and help spread the word of great service!
