I like this place and I’m a snob when it comes to hair salons. I’m not a fan of Ingram mall but this Regis location was recommended by a coworker that has a great cut. Anyhow I lucked out today; I was a walk in, on a weekend (Sunday) and was seated right away by Erica, no wait...and let me tell you, Erica KNOWS what she’s doing; once she seated me, I felt comfortable and confident that she’d do my hair right and she did! She was precise, friendly, professional and quick. I recommend Erica.

I got my hair done 2 months ago and I am fighting for it to grow back. I lost half of my hair because my hair was previously bleached and the lady that did my hair stripped it of color and re-bleached my hair. So my hair feels completely dead and I’m losing more and more everyday while trying to save it. I will never go back to this place cause they will charge you for everything. I spent way to much to have all this hair fall out. Spent way more trying to save it. The girl that did my hair...I wish I would have never PAID her. So disappointed and the price you pay to get your hair done and they over charge and then do way more than necessary! WISH I could get my $200 back for making most of my hair fall out! THANK REGIS SALON!

I was a drop -in and was provided with a same-day appointment as they were busy. The lady who cut my hair gave me an excellent cut and style that I am able to duplicate at home.

I’ve been going to Erica Starr for a couple years now and she has always done a fantastic job. I’ve also had my hair cut and colored by Ashley who I’ve watched do hair while I’m there and she’s phenomenal too. She recently did a full highlight for me and it turned out awesome. I honestly haven’t seen a bad cut or color from any stylist as I people watch while my hair processes. I’ve tried other stylists at other salons but I keep coming back here. And I’ve never had an issue with customer service.
