No Service, Do Better!

I went in today at 12:30 pm to get a haircut and due to there only being one person doing highlights, I didn't get service. That's no way to manage a salon, have more staff available and do better!

I almost never do reviews but Ana was so sweet and professional. My husband always gets his haircut next store and I decided to go next store to Ana’s salon to ask about a hair cut and for 1 I was amazed on how beautiful the layout is inside and 2 she was so sweet and let me know they are by appointment only but would make an exception and mind you they were closing at 5 and it was 4:45. I don’t usually go to salons so I had no idea what style or hair cut to get let alone how much needed to be cut to be healthy again, she walked me through the entire process and asked if I was okay the length of the cut and the style. I will definitely be going back.

This was my first visit at the salon. I was a walk in and received fast service. The staff was very friendly and I loved my haircut and style.

They made me pay extra when they said only 20. Didn’t style my hair and for the amount over 50 the least you can do is style and part correctly when cutting a haircut.

It was the most awesome Hair Salon I've ever visited both here & Dallas TX. Every beautician knows her job. They know exactly what to do for every individual that comes thru those doors. Im extremely satisfied & pleased with what they've done for me .Gracias Ana Sol y Lolli
