If I could put a 0 star I would I'd recommend not to get your hair colored here I Spent almost 200 to get a ombre look I walk out with my hair falling out this way the worst. they are not professional at all all my hair fell out I now have to wear wigs . I had ask for a refund and the have not answered my call . I also suffered burn on my head from the chemical they put on me please ladys I warn you if you want to keep your hair do not come to this place . now I have talk to a lawyer and he told me I have a good case on them I shooting for them to have their cosmetology license taken away so no other people can go through what I went through.

Went there and sat down. 20 minutes later no body would help me out and the other lady was just on her phone pretending i was not there. They should get on the ball and attend their customers
