Go woke go broke

Owner and staff hate the us constitution. Will call police on law abiding citizens because they are snowflake KAREN liberals who don't understand the world doesn't revolve around them. Spend your money at a business that supports America, not this unpatriotic group of fragile woke folks

Impressions Hair Salon has been my salon for over 15years. I was lucky enough to find them. I went to another salon for years yet, they just couldn't do my color without putting on one of those horrid caps. The specialists at Impressions have taken care of me ever since. I have three applications all done at once with foil. It's super easy and always comes out looking pretty. The atmosphere is pleasant. It's always easy to park with the lot in the back of the shop. I always enjoy the time I spend there and must say it's very relaxing. The owner, Teresa, has a great group of stylists who can do anything. Your first visit will be one of many as it's one of the nicest salons in the region. Cheryl T.

We moved to Norfolk last year and my first attempt at finding someone to cut my short fine hair was a disaster. I reviewed salons withing waking distance to my house and found Impressions. I was set up with Randy and love what he does with my hair. He is consistant, always asks for my input and I won't go anywhere else. He does a GREAT job. if you need a great cut, call and ask for Randy.

Impressions has left an AMAZING LASTING impression with me!! I went to a different salon about a month ago asking for cool colored highlights, to make a long story short, I looked like a brassy Suzanne Somers with a bad perm ..IT WAS BAD, so, in a desperate attempt to "fix" it, I dyed over it. Now, imagine a curly haired Elvira! UNTIL today!! Gracelyn is a GODSEND! Not only did she correct my color, she gave me the very look I was originally going for! I feel like a movie star! And..have already gotten a compliment outside the salon! Grace listened intently to my concern and request and this delightful young lady DELIVERED! I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you gurl!! ❤️❤️❤️

What is wrong with hair salons in Norfolk. I contacted this salon over 2 months ago and booked an appointment for my daughter and myself to have up dos done for my mother in laws wedding. I was very clear when booking the appointment that we needed to be on location for the wedding no later than 11:30-12 I got a call TODAY 3 weeks before the event to tell me that the stylist I was booked with is “going out of town” and that they could schedule me for a later appointment or they could put me on the waitlist and let me know if anyone cancels. So extremely unprofessional. You fulfill your obligations as a stylist or a salon especially if you have a booked appointment from months ago. And further more, the salon should have found a replacement for my stylist instead of just saying “oh well” So incredibly irritated and disappointed
