I arrived when the place was kinda dead. They had 3 people on hand total. The guy who asked me my phone number and info seemed very cut and dry, which is fine...a crowd of people come in right after me, and he checks them in as well. Then he calls me back to his station, as it turns out he's also my stylist for this visit. I compliment him on his tattoos, as I have quite a bit myself, and take a seat. Less than 5 mins goes by, he has a very cut and dry conversation with me, which I felt like I was forcing upon him, and then checks me out and I pay my bill.... I get to the car, take a peek in the mirror and realize this is a bad haircut....now, I understand they have to rush in chain hair salons as my own mother worked for great clips for years, and told me all about the way they are trained to manage time and make sales on retail merch such as hair products etc.... What I don't understand is why this guy was so abrasive, and on top of that hands me a fast and bad haircut. I love giving good reviews, but I can't do that for this one. I'm not coming back.
