Great Braid Shop

I would definitely recommend Bintu’s. I have been there twice for box braids and each time they have done an excellent job. They are fast and prices are reasonable.

Y’all don’t go!!! Especially if you are trying to get a retwist done. So I come to get a retwist on 6/5/2021. So he started on my hair at like 5:30. I have 146 locs shoulder length. During the process I felt like my hair was not right (which if I had that feeling i should have stopped her but giving her the benefit of the doubt) when 6:20 came I realize she was almost done and right then i knew my hair was messed up. It do not take an hour to do my hair. Never!!! Y’all when I looked in the mirror it was soooooooooo product in my hair and I just busted out crying!!!!!! Like it was so horrible. She said that’s the way my hair supposed to look and I said no it’s not. There was no parts and a lot of products. She “washed” it out (didn’t use shampoo or conditioner just water) and I left after that. I didn’t pay. I was soooo upset. DO NOT DO IT!!!!

DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BRAID.VERY RUDE. Owner GOT UPSET BECAUSE I DIDN'T want her doing my hair.yelling saying she the owner. Just because you the owner don't mean you know how to braid. SHE VERY RUDE TO ANYONE THAT WORKES WITH HER. SHOP IS DIRTY. AND SHE JUST A HOT MESS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. I DONT EVEN FEEL THE braiders that work there is safe . She that bad.

Called at last minute they fitted me in hair was done beautifully very professional the cost was responsible the shop was clean I will be going back to Bintu's again
