Hello, Esther I sent two people Lavon, and Ashley ( mother and daughter). To get there hair braided, between the two they spent over $400 and they are loosing braids It has not been 3 weeks yet. Lavon started loosing braids 3 days later. I told her to return and she said no, "your service would be the same". I sent them because your braids use to be quality work, actually Lavon saw your work on my head and loved it. I saw your work on there head and asked, " did you go to Queen". I will not send anyone else there nor will I return. Please put the LOVE and Quality back in your work.

I hate to write a bad review, because I truly try to support small and local businesses.. I went here to get my hair braided several weeks ago, but I was not satisfied with the finished product. I reached out to Queen to discuss arrangements to have my hair redone, however when I returned she skipped out on the appointment. In here attempt she tried to schedule but I was tired of the run around and had become completely dissatisfied. She refused a refund so I had to take additional measures. A week after getting my hair my braids were literally slipping out! Here I am two weeks later and I personally had to redo my entire front, back and too crown... The roots of my braids were in balls/knots . Apparently that is how she braids, very hideous! Cheap hair. It shades badly and makes my scalp itch.... Needless to say, I will never return... Unfortunately, you should spend your time and money elsewhere.
