Love this place and love all the ladies there. Claudia stay getting me right whenever I come.. prices are reasonable and service is always A1 the only braid shop I go to..

My sister went here to get braids and said she had a good experience. So, visiting, I needed to get my hair done in a protective style. I went into the place, asked for Medium knotless braids with hair color 1B and 4 which I was told will be 230. They kept trying to give me colors I didn’t ask for. So I finally said just do black. One lady started on my hair and then stopped to take a walk in client. So I sat there until she told the girl to start braiding my hair to the end. I ended up with three people working on my hair. Long story short, I was there TEN hours with three people working on my head. When they were finish, they lady came and said I gave you the longer braids because you waited so long. I told her that’s not what I asked for because I don’t like braids that go pass mid back. She said that she gave it to me because I had been there a long time which those braids was 250 but she gone charge me 230. Remind you, it was 230 for the braids I asked for so how you figured you are doing me a favor or accommodating me when I’m paying the same thing. On top of that, they did small knotless braids and that’s not what I asked for. I even showed a picture of the size I wanted because she asked me to so she will do the correct size. Once they dipped my hair. She patted my back and said you can go. Now I know for a fact, I saw three other people leave before me which they pulled their hair back and put a bow on it. This was done to kept the hair out of your face and from dripping all over you. The service was awful and I would never recommend this place.

Omg! I love this braiding shop 🥰. Came in and they got right to work on my hair and got what I asked for! Definitely will be coming back! Great atmosphere as well and they're very sociable which is a plus!

I called for an appointment the manager is ALWAYS quick to say come in and she doesn't have someone to do your hair but she has to call them in to do your hair. I sent a picture and description of the service l was trying to get asked for a price and the manager avoided my question just kept saying to come in and she would have someone to come in for me. Manager acts so desperate to make a dollar. Why would l come in and have to wait hours before someone arrives to do my hair. This is a place of business why isn't all the workers there not home waiting to be called in when someone arrives. Very, very unprofessional and rude! The owner texted me after my review, she is so confrontational and VERY unprofessional.
